Orders placed before 2PM Pacific ship the same business day from Los Angeles, California. Most US addresses see it in 2–5 business days.
Returns
14 days from delivery. If it isn't what you expected, message us inside those 14 days and we'll take it back in the condition it was sent.
Warranty
90 days on the parts we installed and the work we did — battery, storage, wheel, screen, our labor.
Questions we get most
Plug it into a computer with the included cable. On Windows, use iTunes. On a Mac, use the Music app or Finder.
Yes. Current macOS handles these through Finder, and Windows 10 and 11 work fine with iTunes.
A modded Mini with our 550mAh battery typically runs 14–18 hours of playback. A Classic with the 2000mAh battery often clears 30 hours.
Because bigger isn't better on hardware this old.
That depends on which exterior you pick, and the difference is real. Original shell is genuine Apple housing from a donor unit — cleaned, polished and graded 7/10 or better. It is twenty-odd years old, so expect moderate cosmetic wear: light scuffs, softened edges, and sometimes an engraving on the back from whoever owned it first. We grade every one before it ships and we would rather undersell it than oversell it. New plates and new everything are exactly that — brand new housing, no wear, no engraving. Either way the internals are rebuilt identically: fresh battery, tested drive or flash memory, and a full function test before it goes out.
Yes — custom builds are a big part of what we do, particularly two-tone Classics with a color-swapped click wheel.
The Classic 5th Gen does — it has a color screen and video playback, and podcasts work as they always did. The Mini is audio only; it was never built with a color screen.
